Ep.09 – What Service Based Entrepreneurs Can Learn From The Luxury Industries

Ep.09 – What Service Based Entrepreneurs Can Learn From The Luxury Industries

Time stamped show notes:

Welcome to another week of Smart Leaders Sell!

I am really excited to be here with you today because I’m coming from one of my favourite places on the planet, which is the Langham Hotel in London.

What I wanted to talk to you about today, is often I see coaches living S Class lifestyles, and to be honest, it’s not really something that does it for me. I’m a jeans and flip flops kind of girl.

01:55 – For me there are different ways of spending money that appeal to me. I spend a lot of money on charitable events and causes, things like that.

02:13 – There are a few lessons that I really learn when I spend time going back to my roots. When I was in corporate sales, I spent time working with major fashion companies and luxury brands.
There are things that they do so well that I think we forget sometimes as coaches, but we should actually be bringing them to people’s experiences.

03:00 – What do luxury brands do really well that keep them with a loyal following who are willing to spend premium prices on their products, despite the fact that their products are re-released regularly?

03:30 – One is the experience. When you walk into a luxury brand store or hotel, or even first class flights, the experience is very different to that which you would normally get.

04:11 – In a luxury brand, the experience is very different. It’s very serene. There’s nice music in the background, and it’s usually classical. It’s quiet, it’s calm, somebody will come over and they’ll ask you if they can assist you. They will usually call you madam or sir, and it really relaxes you. It puts you into that feeling that this is a different experience. This is a quality experience that I’m going through.

05:15 – In the coaching world, you don’t need to do that by hosting a ton of VIP days, or coaching sessions at the Langham. You can do it by having a quality experience.
What happens during your onboarding process? How can you make it fun for your client? How can you make it high quality? Do you send them little welcome gifts?

06:28 – The second thing that the luxury brand market does really well is that they have little things that contribute to the experience, and they make you feel cared for. It’s about showing you that the experience can be easy.

07:30 – What are we doing to make our clients’ lives easy? What are we doing to make the experience easier for them? Are we doing the work that needs to be done? Are we providing them a VA for a couple of hours so that they can get the experience of delegating? Are we helping them to hire the right team?

08:21 – If you are in the coaching industry, it is time to look at how you can make your clients’ lives a bit easier, and what you can be putting in place that makes them feel like they have that premium experience with you because that will make them value it more and make them more committed.

09:00 – The final thing is, it’s actually about the values and the messaging. That’s what makes me a loyal brand advocate.

09:37 – Values and messaging are always consistent and they’re always very important. They stand for certain things.

10:53 – Luxury brands have a clear set of values and the messaging is key. They’re not going after everyone in the market. They are focused on the people that they are getting and making the experience as amazing for them as possible. Because they know that making your experience amazing, means that they are going to get a lot of word-of-mouth business.

11:47 – When you are starting your business, you need to be really thinking – what is the value of what I am doing for people? And how is that coming across in my message? Am I actually selling to the people that want me?

12:26 – When it comes to sales, when it comes to what you are selling, your position is key.

Be like the Langham. Be the one for your customers, and only your customers. Provide an incredible experience. And without a doubt, make people buy from you again and again, and again, and again.

Because we all know, the lifetime value of one customer is not just one sale.

In a previous iteration, I was a corporate high flyer – the most corporate of corporate! I spent 14 hours a day, glued to my emails, constantly running to meetings and living off energy drinks and sushi. Power suits, sky high heels and a caffeine addiction meant that I was living the corporate dream; a great basic salary, good benefits and a really good internal London Tube Map.
But I was miserable. See, whilst I was spending all that time in the office, stressing over someone else’s PnL or writing appraisals until 3am, I was missing out on going for dinner with the girls, seeing theatre shows and being too tired to visit my family at weekends.

The final straw came when I realized that I had taken my BlackBerry on holiday. And not only had I taken it to the Mediterranean, I had spent more time typing out emails than I had wandering through the back streets of Florence or punting in Venice. It was time to stop. I wanted to be the woman that had it all; the great job, the financial freedom and the opportunity to actually live like I wanted to… But that wasn’t going to fit with my 14 hour days and my identikit office. So I quit.

Ep.08 – How To Hire A Coach

Ep.08 – How To Hire A Coach

Time stamped show notes:

On today's episode, I'm going to be sharing the top 3 things that you need to think about when hiring a coach... and how you can make sure that you hire the BEST coach for you!

Over the last three years that I have been in business, I’ve seen may coaches come and go. There have been some absolutely amazing ones that I’ve hired, and like anybody else, I have been stung on a couple of investments too.

1: 11 - We’ll talk about how you can choose the right coach for you, how you can make it really simple, and how you can make the best investment for you and for your business.

1:30 - The first thing is that if you are going to hire a coach, it goes without saying that you need to be coachable first.

2:36 - You have to be 150% in and so does your coach.

3:20 - Actually, look at what do you want to achieve.
What is your goal?

04:23 - The coach can’t decide your goal for you. Go into the hiring process knowing what you want to achieve, and make sure that you create a list of experts who actually have expertise and specialisms in your goal areas.

05:00 - Do your due diligence. When you’re looking for coaches, don’t just look for who is the most popular in the market. Just because they have helped 50 other people, doesn’t mean that they can help you. Especially if they’re not an expert in the area of specialism that you were looking for someone to help you with.

07:04 - When you do discovery calls, remember it is your opportunity to have an honest conversation with the coach about your values, about your standards, about what you want to achieve, about why you haven’t achieved them so far, and it’s up to them to be able to give you responses that help you understand whether they meet the same values and standards as you do.

08:15 - The third thing is to look at who’s recommended. Who has worked with people that you know well, that have already achieved the things that you want to achieve.

08:40 - Take the time to really figure out who the right coach is for you and ask the right questions.

09:50 - Don’t feel pressured into it if the coach says that they can give you a magic pill solution, or what they do with all of their clients is they get them to do XYZ process, and you feel like it might be a cookie cutter experience, you have the power to say no.

10:10 - You do not have to enter into a coaching relationship with somebody that you don’t feel is the right fit for you.

If you are not a hundred percent into that sale decision, it’s going to be really difficult to stop those feelings of regret afterwards. I would rather walk away and take the 24 hours to think about it and pay $1,000 more the next day and know that I have made the right decision for me, at the right time. And that I am going to rock it and get some incredible results.

Let me know what you think!

Ep.07 – The Top 3 Business Must-Haves that You Can’t Miss!

Ep.07 – The Top 3 Business Must-Haves that You Can’t Miss!

Time stamped show notes:

In this episode, I’m sharing the top 3 business investments that I’ve made over the last three years in business… and why you should make them too to ensure a successful, sustainable business that thrives.
The one thing that really riles me up is that we talk so much, so often about “sexy sales strategies” or “fun marketing ideas” or “brilliant branding opportunities.”
01:00 – We really never cover the unglamorous that you have to have in place as an entrepreneur to actually make your business function every damn day.
01:20 – There are a lot of things that we do not see on those “sexy Facebook ads” where we promote chilling in the Bahamas and drinking your cocktails.
01:30 – What exactly do you need to have in your business that is really going to help you move forward that you might not have exactly prioritized straightaway?
01:53 – Number One: My accountant.
My accountant is a great guy. He is an expert with numbers. When we are making money in our business, and even when we’re not making money in our businesses, we still need somebody who can look at the numbers objectively. And who can tell us where we’re going wrong, and what we can do to expand our reach and where we can actually make strategic investments for growth.
04:35 – Number Two: A legal eagle. Nobody likes talking about legal stuff.
Having somebody on my legal team is absolutely integral to the smooth running of my business.
06:30 – Number Three: Help.
I love my team. They are absolutely phenomenal.
07:22 – If you haven’t already got them in your business, you need a legal eagle, an accountant, and you need help.
You need to be able to outsource and delegate so your business becomes an entity of its own. So it becomes something that you love rather than something that you’re stressed about everyday.

Ep.06 – Facebook Group Implosion

Ep.06 – Facebook Group Implosion

Time stamped show notes:

Are Facebook Groups *really* dead?

In this week’s episode, I’m lifting the curtain on why big industry leaders are shutting down their free Facebook communities, how it’s going to affect their sales strategy, and what you should do about yours!

I am kind of excited and kind of scared to talk about this week’s topic, which is Facebook Groups.

1:01 – For three years that I have been online, everyone has been like, “I love Facebook groups! If you want to start your business, get a Facebook group. If you’re running a free challenge, put it in a Facebook group.”

1:25 – I feel like Facebook groups are going to implode at some point. Earlier this year, I feel like we’ve got to a point where they have started to implode.

2:13 – There are no hard and fast rules for setting up your own business.

2:50 – Cutting that dead weight could be liberating.

3:21 – You should have a really good nurture model in your business.
Ultimately, there are only three things you need to do in order to grow your business and to make it successful and sustainable.

3:35 – The first thing is, to grow your business you actually need to grow your audience.

4:00 – The second thing you need to do is to build a relationship with that community you just created.

4:18 – The third thing is then monetizing that community.
It doesn’t matter where that community is based.

5:14 – It doesn’t matter where your community is. It’s about what’s best for your business and how you engage.

6:30 – There are a variety of ways you can build your relationships with your audience and they take different amounts of time.

7:09 – Yes, there are a ton of people shutting down Facebook groups, and some of them are big industry leaders. Some of them are huge groups. Does it matter? Does it mean you have to employ the same strategy? Not necessarily unless you want to.

8:49 – What happened is they created a Facebook group without a mission or purpose. Or perhaps it did once have a great purpose or mission, and then, over time, it just dwindled.

10:21 – It’s not that you can’t make money with your Facebook group. That’s so far from the truth. It’s not that you have to spend every waking hour in your Facebook group.
It’s really about understanding what growth method works for you.

11:27 – If you have a Facebook group that currently is engaged and is a place you enjoy being and that you monetize successfully, don’t just give it up because a bunch of people are.

11:49 – Don’t get rid of the strategy that’s working. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.

12:33 – Do what is best for your business always. But don’t listen to the hype.

Ep.05 – Copycat What?!

Ep.05 – Copycat What?!

Time stamped show notes:

Today at Smart Leaders Sell, I want to talk about a topic that I feel we kind of need to lift a veil on a little bit. It’s something that is particularly prevalent in the online world, and something that I had never experienced really before I came here.

Today we’re going to be talking about what happens when somebody repurposes your idea, copycats your work, or uses your stuff without permission.

01:38 – It drives me a little bit up the wall when I had put in a ton of effort into a launch, or I have carefully sat there for hours, curating my instagram graphics, or make a really awesome blog. And then a week later, I get a little email from someone in my tribe, because I’m very fortunate to have a tribe that are super hot on my content, and they’ll say, “Hey Jess, someone has used all of your Instagram graphics on their Instagram page and they haven’t credited you.”

2:35 – Copy catting happens in the online space. I was listening to Danielle LaPorte the other day, and she did a fantastic interview with Ali Brown on her glambition radio podcast. She said that we as a society, have become overly tolerant, because that’s what we believe compassion is.

4:02 – It really grinds my gears when someone thinks that they can take that three years of work, and effort, and pain, blood, sweat, and tears. And repurpose it as their own product, or service, or blog, or graphic, or whatever.

05:14 – Part of being a business owner, and part of being a great leader, is actually about protecting your business. And that’s a lesson I’ve learned many times over the years.

06:29 – On an emotional level, copy catting is gross. It makes you feel unhappy on a big scale.
It is absolutely your right to be angry and to feel that frustration, that somebody else has repurposed or reused your content in a way that was not appropriate.

08:11 – Allow yourself to know that it is OK to be angry. It’s OK to be frustrated and it doesn’t make you less heart-centered. It doesn’t make you less of a nice person.

08:44 – The second part to emotionally protecting yourself in this kind of situation is forgiveness.

10:33 – Sometimes when we get copycats, when we get admirers, it can be really difficult to broach the topic with them.

11:08 – What do you actually do in practical steps that’s going to help you feel good, work with integrity, and really help you protect your content, and your business at the best level?

11:22 – Start out by being kind and assuming that perhaps that person had just made a mistake, and maybe they’re new to business, maybe they just didn’t understand the gravity of the situation.

13:17 – Sometimes people don’t take action and unfortunately, that’s where we do have to step up to protect our businesses at a slightly different level.

14:49 – Your business, your mission, the impact that you’re going to make on the world is huge. If people start learning it from someone who’s not qualified, or doesn’t have the same experience as you, or who isn’t actually the proprietor of the materials, they’re going to get a crap experience.
They probably will not get the transformation that they actually wanted and paid for. And that’s not fair.

15:34 – Everybody should be protecting their business at a legal level.

17:48 – If it means that I’m going to protect my audience, that I’m going to help them achieve the transformation that they want, that I’m going to leave my community and set clear boundaries about the behavior I will and I will not tolerate, I’m going to bring in the experts every single step of the way.

18:24 – Quick recap. If you have had somebody copycat your business idea, your launch, your blog, your graphics, whatever it might be.
Emotionally look after yourself
Make sure you deal with quickly, decisively and in a practical way

As a leader, it is your job to protect your community, to act with compassion, and to make sure that your mission, and your message, make the impact that is needed on the world.

Ep.04 – Busting The Story Myth

Ep.04 – Busting The Story Myth

Time stamped show notes:

Today we are going to be covering something particularly near and dear to my heart: the myth about stories.

If you are new to the online world, or even if you are experienced with our kind of weird and wonderful ways in the online world entrepreneurship, you’ll know that your story is super important. Sharing your story is really, really important to building your brand, getting visible, and actually helping your audience to resonate with you and the reason that you are doing this.

1:10 – What is my big bad bear with story?

2:27 – There are a lot of rags to riches stories out there.
I thought that nobody really wants to hear the story about the middle-class red head who worked her way through university, got a great job in corporate, travelled the world, had a blast, and one day woke up, and I was like, “Oh, I think there must be more…”

4:05 – I could not believe what I was hearing from my business coach.
Ooh, that’s not cool. So for two years, I completely rejected putting anything about my story online. I find the idea of dredging up traumatic emotions, I feel like pimping out my personal life for profit.

5:03 – Seth Godin wrote this fantastic book called “Tribes” and it was about bringing people together, creating movements. I also read Simon Sinek’s book “Start With Why”. I have been really skeptical about these books because I’ve seen so many misrepresentations of these works and the kind of effort that they had sparked.

06:11 – On a practical scale, having a story in your business, is something that every business needs. In fact every successful business out there, in the words of Simon Sinek, “they start with a why”. And that why becomes their mission. It becomes their reason for being, their purpose in the industry.

7:03 – If the purpose of your story is to help your ideal clients resonate with you, and you are a mom, and you’re building a business with four children in tow, firstly, you are a superhero. Secondly, if your ideal client is also moms who are trying to build businesses, with children around, then it’s going to be super relevant, and it’s going to give them clear examples of what life is going to be like and how they can manage and overcome obstacles.

10:51 – Using your story in the right way can help people identify strongly with your brand and help you formulate a tribe that is genuinely bought into your why, and your mission, and your purpose, and why you are doing the things that you’re doing. Why the products and services that you’re selling is so important.

11:42 – There are a couple of tips I want to share with you on how you can share your story authentically, make it real for your customers, and how you can help you business make more sales through having a story that is genuine, and that is going to resonate to what your ideal clients are looking for.

12:02 – Tip Number One – Your story has to be real
Your story needs to be real. It needs to be your story.

14:39 – Tip Number Two – Your story has to provide a lesson to your ideal client
There must be a purpose towards using your story. There must be a purpose towards using the examples that you use and it’s got to resonate with your ideal clients.

15:31 – Final Tip – You have to be prepared for the fact that authenticity is hard
Sharing your story authentically can be really, really tough.

17:19 – It’s about being different, it’s about disrupting the stage that we have as online entrepreneurs and genuinely inviting your audience to be a bigger part of what you’re trying to do. It’s about sharing them the real raw, honest, side of you that perhaps you work a little bit harder to conceal on occasion.

18:02 – Sales and stories tend to go hand in hand and they are important together.

People buy from stories, and they don’t just buy from your story, they buy from other people’s stories, they buy from other people’s learning experiences.

Every time you share a story, every time you share a case study, every time you share a story of a client, or the results for a client, that’s exactly what people are seeing. They’re seeing how they can learn from those people’s experiences, from your experiences, and that’s absolutely huge.

To be a bold, brave leader, it’s about stepping up, owning your story, and using that to help impact your clients in the best way possible.

Ep.03 – Overnight Success Strategies

Ep.03 – Overnight Success Strategies

Time stamped show notes:

This week I want to talk about something that I think we’ve all done it, but I’m not sure whether we’ve all done it at the same scale.

Strategy.

Who has gotten on board with a strategy and been like, “yeah, I’m gonna implement that.” And then done it for a week, and then they’re like, “oh, it’s not working, doesn’t work, it’s crap, got no sales, haven’t really increased my list that much, haven’t really achieved ‘xyz’.”

1:40 - I had someone email me this week and they we’re like, “I’ve been working really hard, I have been implementing this business idea for about three months and it’s just not working. I’m only getting one or two clients a month and that’s just not financially feasible for my business and so I’m thinking about giving up.”

1:58 - We see a lot of overnight success stories. And I love a good overnight success story, especially the real ones. Like somebody locked up and they created this super innovative products - like Facebook. And I think it still took about four years to actually really grow and scale Facebook.

2:30 - The thing is, overnight success stories, are never usually “overnight success stories.” That person did not just woke up with a business idea and then six weeks later, they made a hundred thousand dollars. They also probably spent quite a lot of money to get to that hundred thousand dollar gross revenue mark.

2:56 - Implementing strategies and then overnight success stories, are not really real, sadly.
The average business in the UK and US, last year, they decided that the average startup, was about 98 percent likely to fail in its first year. How depressing is that statistic?

3:37 - They have this mentality that they have to be an overnight success story.
And if they’re not making six figures in a week, after setting up their business on Google, and doing the relevant legal stuff, that they are a failure. Or that strategy doesn’t work.

4:15 - There are different phases to your business.
You have your Startup phase, and in your startup phase, your job is just to make money.

4:41 - And then you have your Development phase.
It’s where you start to get it. The aim of your business is to make money and to grow.
Grow your audience.
Grow your scale of offerings.
Grow the variety of products that you have.

5:17 - Then you get your Scale phase.
That’s when you’re making six figures or more, but it’s starting to become a bit of a job.
You’re feeling like you want to automate some things and you want to focus on the impact that you’re making, rather than the money.
Then you refocus on your mission, rather than making money.

06:30 - The hard truth is that they didn’t just wake up yesterday and start a business.
The likelihood is that they’ve been working on their business and they worked through all the phases, and they’ve probably done it over the course of a couple of years. It’s just that you are seeing the end product.

8:25 - Overnight success is not a thing.
And haphazard strategy that isn’t implemented during a long enough period or isn’t given enough time to actually ferment, and solidify your business, is not going to work.

9:13 - The danger of looking at these overnight success stories, or idolizing overnight success stories, means that sometimes we perceive ourselves to be failing.
We’re criticizing ourselves for being failures when in fact, we’re not. We’re just taking the natural journey. The natural journey is about being consistent with the one that you choose, and picking the one that feels right, and it feels good for you.

10:14 - There is literally no magic strategy.

12:10 - There are going to be times when you have to look at the short term and the long term strategy.
Sometimes the short term strategy, is not sexy.

13:27 - Yes it can be difficult and frustrating.
But when you keep looking at the outcome, keep aligning yourself with the long term goal of, “but I want a hundred people in my course,” or, “I want to have a hundred thousand dollar launch.”
That’s when it starts to become easier. When you connect your strategy to the goal.

14:02 - Just think about three things:
   1) Set a goal - in order to make sure that your strategy really works.
   2) Break that goal down into mini milestones
   3) Comparing yourself to somebody else’s journey or outcome isn’t helpful

Yes there are things you can do to help you speed up results. But ultimately, you want to be thinking about every strategy that you implement in your business as being 90 days of implementation and consistency, before you start seeing results rolling in.

I’m a Sales Coach and Business Strategist.

So I quit.

Ep.02 – Money, Honey!

Ep.02 – Money, Honey!

Time stamped show notes:

I’m so excited to be with you here today because we’re talking about one of my favorite topics which is money, honey!

When we start thinking about money we have so many emotions that come up. Recently I went to an event with the incredible Denise Duffield-Thomas. It’s really shifted some perspective for me on what I actually felt about money and why.

So I want to share them with you today in this episode of smart leaders sell so that we can all monetize our mission and really make the world a better place.

01:26 – Why I flippin’ love Denise Duffield-Thomas.
One of the reasons why I adore her so much is because she is completely down to earth, she is a real live human, and she has a wicked sense of humor. The second reason that I adore her is because she actually talks about money. And that sounds so weird!

02:15 – Today we bust some myths on what it really means to talk about money. Whether or not it makes you a massive bitch or whether or not it makes you a smart and savvy business owner.

04:12 – When I was starting my business, I had a corporate job. I gave myself three months to leave my job and to be making money in my business and it was pretty easy!
I would get up at 5AM and I would be doing client calls and I would be looking at promoting my business and marketing it in different places and on social media. And I would get home at about 9PM, and I would continue to work until midnight.

05:07 – The I kind of realized that, actually, running a business without a safety net of a salary was a little bit more challenging than I thought.
That first three months after leaving my corporate job, were the hardest in my business ever. And they were the times that I actually made the least money in my business. They were the times I really worried about money that I struggled financially.

07:14 – Then I started to realize that there were a lot of reasons that I was not making money.
I looked at what successful people were actually saying about money. I found that I was concerned about how easy they made it sound. I also found that I could get onboard with some of the topics that they were talking about – how money is easy to come by, how having money doesn’t make you a bad person, and how actually monetizing your mission and passion is what helps you as a leader to change the world – and that’s what I am really interested in. I was interested in changing the world. I was interested in helping women become more empowered.

8:44 – Your relationship with money will change over time.
Sometimes it’s gonna be great. Sometimes you’ll be head over heels in love with your money and with your finances. And sometimes you’re gonna be a bit like – I don’t even want to look at it, I don’t even want to talk about it.

11:17 – I was a big saver but I never spent anything that I didn’t have to, and I never spent anything on myself.
I never rewarded myself. I never just made splurge or impulse purchases. That’s not a healthy relationship with money, because it was not open, it’s not transparent. It’s just about you being conservative. It’s really you just saving your money for a rainy day that may never happen.

12:30 – Women aren’t raised to be wealthy.
This is something that I have been thinking and thinking of over time.

13:39 – We’re not raised to be wealthy.
We’re not raised to be part of that “game.” That is able to have an abundance of wealth and feel good about it.

14:52 – Rich women can change the world.
And that rich women should change the world. I thought to myself, “This is incredible!”
Women should be changing the world, right? If you have more money, you are able to impact more people. And that’s just simple economics.
If you have more money, you are able to pay for advertising, which will help you get your message out to thousands upon thousands, even millions of people. You’re making a bigger impact with your message.

16:27 – Money is helping our mission grow.
We’re helping people transform.

17:00 – Rich women can influence masses and change in the world.
I think of myself as wealthy and I donate to charity. That’s my choice to help the world, to influence the world, to impact the world. Is to donate revenue to charity.

18:40 – What else do rich women do?
I saw rich women leading movements, starting tribes, creating change, impacting different areas that I’ve never even talked about.

19:16 – Rich women are helping to educate and support other women, and help them live out their dreams, and help them become educated.
Rich women are donating to charity.
Rich women are impacting millions with their nurture skills and their ideas of social responsibility.
Rich women are inventing new ways of helping people in the third world to survive.
Rich women are helping to spiral scientific development in areas like cancer and huge impacts in terms of medical science.
And these are all done quietly and behind the scenes, but it is done because they are rich women, and rich men, who are helping to change the world.

21:03 – The world does run with currencies.
Whatever that might be to you, it’s undeniable that finances and financial impact and wealth have a huge part to play in terms of how we change the world as a collective.

22:02 – It’s to raise and breed a generation of female business owners and leaders that are happy to stand in their wealth and say, “yes, I’m here, I have a great relationship with my finances, I am open about wanting abundance in all areas of my life, including money, and I am happy to educate other women and to take a stand for other women to feel the same about financial empowerment…”

23:03 – Yes! With our businesses, of course we want to help people. But we also do want to create the best life for ourselves. We want to be able to monetize our passion. We want to be able to live the life that we dream of. And, you know what, sometimes it is great to wake up and just know that you are financially stable. That you are happy. That you are free.
And ultimately, that is what money creates, it creates freedom. And everybody deserves that.

23:52 – You need to assess your relationship with money.
Are you openly tracking your finances? Are you somebody that knows how much is in your business bank account? Are you somebody that needs a little bit of work on planning out the investments in your business and making a return? Or are you somebody that knows where your money is going, right down to the last cent or penny?

Think about it and let me know. I would love to hear your opinion about money and finances and how you think of financial empowerment.
Because you know, not everybody has to be a six-figure or a seven-figure business owner, but I firmly believe that every single woman, every single leader, every single business owner, should be financially free.

What do you think?
